Shailene Woodley is a young actress who is best known for her role in the hit show the OC and later for her role on the show The Secret Life of the American Teenager. At just 17 years old it is no surprise that she dresses like a typical teenager at times, but what may surprise you is that she can dress up and look as good as actresses that have been in the game for a long time when she attends a red carpet event.

Woodley has an all-natural beauty to her and her slender figure allows for her to look great in almost anything she puts on. Here are some ways that you too can look like Shailene Woodley:

•    The teen look: Woodley can look as typical as any other teen on any given day. When in this mode she still will actually dress on the nicer side. You can accomplish this by doing as Woodley does and finding a nicer pair of dress pants to wear. She tops this off with a typical t-shirt but then may top that off with a very sophisticated turtleneck sweater. Get some classy looking flats for your footwear and you will have the classic Woodley teen look down. Of course she still wears the occasional jeans and t-shirt combination and because she is so slender, she does wear skinny jeans. But if you can pull off skinny jeans too, then you actually have two teen looks that you can go for.
•    Formal look: Woodley can match the best of them when she hits the red carpet. She likes to wear sleeveless dresses that come all the way down to her ankles and she usually wears a lighter color such as white or cream. Be sure that you go with a dress made of a nice lightweight material and have it be form fitting, but not too tight. Finish off this look with a nice pair of open-toe heels that are not too high and accessorize with a nice conservative bracelet, a few necklaces that hang, and pair of earrings that hang.
•    Jackets: A lot of the outfits that Woodley wears in her teen look will be accompanied by a jacket. She likes darker colored jackets and has even been spotted in a jean jacket or two. You may want to save the jackets for a cooler day and you certainly don’t want to wear them if you are wearing a sweater, but the option is there if you so desire.
•    Hair and make-up: Both hair and make-up are on the lighter side with Woodley. To mimic her hair due simply part your hair in the middle and wear it down. Spend some time styling it, but not a lot. When applying your make-up you have to go for the all-natural look that Woodley pulls off with ease. About the craziest she will get with her make-up is a darker shade of pink for her lip stick.

One of the most popular shows that are still running on Nickelodeon is the show about a girl who has her own web show called iCarly. To no surprise that girls name is Carly and along with her two best friends Samantha and Freddie the three produce their own popular web show. The three always seem to have something fun and exciting going on both on and off the show. The character of Carly Shaw has taken America by storm and there are now many mid-teen girls that want to dress like this fictional character.

On the show Carly dresses in much the same way as you would expect any teenager to dress and is changing her outfits often. Here are some of iCarly’s looks that you too can accomplish with much ease:

•    Casual look: Carly likes to go for jeans and a t-shirt in this type of dressed down style. She will usually dress this way on the show when the three teens are just hanging out and the environment is more casual. To get this look, go for a pair of form fitting, but not tight, blue jeans and really any cute t-shirt that you like. Carly will often wear a light sweat jacket over her shirt and it usually has a hood. For footwear you can go with a nice pair of dress flats or you can even go with white sneakers if you are more comfortable doing so. Accessorize with a simple watch and conservative earrings and you got the casual look pinned down.
•    Web show look: Here Carly tends to get a little more on the dressy side. She will shed the sweat jacket for a more fancy style jacket and will usually change the shirt as well. Go for a nice long sleeved shirt or even a half sleeved button down. Carly usually goes with brighter colors when doing iCarly like reds and oranges. She only wears the dress flats on the show and she really doesn’t add anything in the way of extra accessories when on the web show.
•    Dresses: When the television show takes the three friends outside of the home, Carly often sports a wide variety of fun sundresses. She again sticks with brighter and more cheery colors and can either be spotted wearing those same dress flats or a nice pair of pumps with a very short heel. Because the show is a kid’s show, the dresses are never too short and typically come down to about her calves.
•    Hair and make-up: When doing your hair, do it typical Carly fashion and part it on one side and then simply wear it down. Carly will also sometimes add a little curl to her hair so feel free to break out the curling iron and give your hair some loose curls if you want to. When applying your make-up try to stay on the natural looking side and don’t go with dark colors. The HBO series and then later big screen movie of Sex and the City gave a whole generation of women a new way to look at life. One of the most popular characters on the show is Carrie Bradshaw who is played by Sarah Jessica Parker. On the show Bradshaw is a self confessed shopping junkie. She has been heard on the show saying that she has bought issues of Vogue magazine instead of food and loves shoes. Her fun style of mixing today’s fashions with vintage fashions of yesteryear makes her style a desirable one to copy.

Here are some of the ways you can emulate this popular television character:

•    Dresses: When wearing dresses you should go for the type that are strapless and look like they may have come out of the seventies. Bradshaw is frequently seen in these types of dresses on the show and will frequently accentuate her dresses with a light jacket or sweater. One of her funkier looks on the show saw her wearing a longer trench coat and multicolored leggings to go with one of her typical short dresses. So really you can go wild here, just try your best to mix some of yesterday’s fashion with some of today’s.
•    Pants: Though not too often, there are times that Bradshaw is on the show wearing a pair of pants. These pants are khaki style pants and are typically form fitting. Be sure not to go too tight as Bradshaw never reveals too much, at least not on her lower half.

Again you can have fun mixing and matching according to your mood and you do not have to feel like you have to spend an arm and a leg on your shoes.
•    Accessories: Bradshaw approaches her accessorizing much the same way she does every other aspect of her dress; by having fun. Sometimes she will be seen wearing a scarf and other times a hat will fit the bill. As for jeweler she is on the show going all out at times and being very conservative at others.
•    Hair and Make-up: Bradshaw gives ample attention in both areas and to totally emulate her look, you should too. Her hair is wavy and you can emulate this with a curling iron. Her make-up is put on rather heavily but she never goes with bright or dark colors.

Her pretty looks combined with her stunning fashion has many women today wanting to dress like her.

You too can dress like Belle if you have the time and patience to dedicate to this look. Here are some tricks and tips to help you accomplish this timeless look:

•    Casual skirts and dresses: When out and about or even in an interview, Belle looks both stunning and casual at the same time. The dresses she wears tend to be on the shorter side and made of a lighter material. She likes to stay on the darker side of the color spectrum with colors such as greens, blues, and even black as her favorite. When choosing your color of dress, go with what best matches your skin complexion. Skirts should be on the short side as well and keep the same color theme in mind.

When going formal go for a brighter red lip stick as opposed to the more flesh tone color that you will want to use when just dressing casual. Simple is the word for hair and Belle is often seen with her hair put either up or down. Her hair is long and straight so to emulate it perfectly, you can use a hair flattening iron to achieve the look.

Again, dressing like Belle requires a little more time and patience then just dressing like many of the more laid back Hollywood starlets of today. If you can pull it off though you will get looks throughout the day as Belle’s style is one that is truly stunning.

One of the more popular shows on the Disney Channel these days is the Wizards of Waverly Place. One of the main characters on the show is a young girl named Alex Russo. So fun is the show that there are now many young women that want to emulate Russo’s style and fashion. Russo’s style is not a very hard one to mimic and dressing like her can be accomplished by following a few simple steps.

To pull of the fun and vivacious fashion styles of Alex Russo, follow these guidelines:

•    Shirts: Russo tends to always wear either the traditional t-shirt, or the Henley style shirts that are in between short sleeved and long sleeved. She is always seen in bright bold colors no matter what style she is wearing so when you choose your shirt go with fun and vibrant colors such as purples, greens, and yellows. If you go with a longer sleeved shirt, you can pick up a pull over vest to help accessories the look.
•    Pants: Russo often wear jeans, but not just any old pair, this wizard opts for skinny jeans. Skinny jeans are tough to pull off unless you are skinny to begin with, so if you don’t want to go with skinny jeans you can always just pick out a form fitting pair to wear. Again the colors you choose should be fun and vibrant and Russo is very often seen in purple jeans.
•    Shoes: This one is extremely easy to nail as nine times out of ten Russo wears the same style of shoes on the show. Her favorite footwear is the classic Converse tennis shoe, low-top cut, and the color she seems to prefer is black. The only exception seems to be if she is straying from the jeans formula and wearing a skirt. At those times you will see her in black knee high boots.
•    Head wear: If Russo is not wearing a fluffy looking knit hat she usually has some sort of head band in her hair. Go wild with color and design here because Russo certainly does.
•    Accessories: One of the things that Russo is often seen wearing is a scarf. She seems to really gravitate towards the multicolored ones that are a cross between green and purple and wild designs such as paisleys are not out of the question either. She is usually sporting bigger earrings in the hoop style and sometime they are plain hoops and at other times they are a fancy designed hoop. She also wears multicolored rings from time to time and even an occasional necklace with a gold pendant.
•    Hair and Make-up: Russo is very simple when it comes to her hair and make-up. When fixing your hair you can pull it back or let it lie, just be sure it is casual either way. For your make-up, go for the light and clean look as Russo tends to be on the ‘All-American’ side of the make-up spectrum.

Of all the characters on the fictional show ‘The Clique’ perhaps the most popular is that of Alicia Rivera who is better known on the show as ‘Leesh.’ Of all the girls on the show, Rivera is the girl that is described as the richest and prettiest of all the girls in The Clique and though she is not the actual leader, her rebellious attitude that makes her want to be so is what also has many girls wanting to copy the way she dresses.

To dress like Rivera you have to have confidence as the character is always striving to be the best she can be. Here are some steps to follow in order to pull off the Leesh look:

•    Shirt: To begin with you will need a short sleeved but colored polo style shirt. Go with a lighter gray or white, but be sure to steer clear of a darker color as that will clash with the rest of the outfit.
•    Dress: The dress should be a bow tie satin dress and should slip right over the polo shirt you wear. The color is really up to you but if you want to emulate Rivera best, go with a dark purple or dark blue dress.
•    Shoes: Leesh usually wears a rounded-toe leather pump with the word ‘love’ across the front. Of course the color should match the dress and if you can’t find pumps with the word love on them, any rounded-toe pump will do. Make sure that the heel of the shoe is not too high as this will detract from the rich girl look.
•    Hosiery: The typical Rivera dress is usually accompanied by some sort of knee high hosiery with some type of pattern. Part of the pattern will match the dress and if you can have another part of the pattern match the polo shirt.
•    Gloves: This may be a rich girl thing, but Rivera is often seen sporting silk gloves. Her gloves are usually a dark gray and will feature some sort of fancy design on them.
•    Accessories: Go big and bold here. Leesh is often seen wearing big and flashy gold necklaces and her earrings are sometimes flashy and sometimes conservative. You can also go with a nice broche on the upper right side of the dress if you really want to nail the look. When you go for a purse think designer. You may not be able to afford a Gucci or other designer type, but you can pick up a knock off brand at the mall that will look just fine.
•    Hair and make-up: Rivera’s hair and make-up are always done to the nines. You should take extra time to give your hair some added curl if it is not already curly and never wear it up. When applying your make-up you have to go all out and remember that you are going for the rich girl look so you can expect to spend a little more time than usual in front of the mirror.

In the world of golf there is no name that is more recognizable than that of Tiger Woods. He seems to win every time he plays and when Woods is playing in a tournament the rest of the field is usually competing for second place. Woods is also a smashing success in the business world and brings in millions of dollars every year in endorsements alone. So successful is woods that men everywhere are using the golf clubs he uses, using the golf balls he uses, and of course dressing like him too.

Tiger is not that hard to mimic when it comes to the way he dresses. When you think about looking like Woods you really only have to think about two things; red and black. You too can look like Tiger Woods by following these simple procedures:

•    Shirts: Unless it is cold outside you will always find Woods wearing a short sleeved shirt. Believe it or not they are not always collared either. Woods has made famous a type of ‘collarless’ golf shirt that is made of a special climate controlled material and what was once a no, no on the golf course is now widely accepted. When you choose your shirts, always go for red and black as this is what woods wears about 85 percent of the time. To really nail Woods, be sure that your shirts are Nike brand as that is Woods’ biggest sponsor and therefore that is all he sports.
•    Pants: If Woods ever wears shorts, he certainly doesn’t do so on the golf course. He can always be found wearing a dark colored pair of trousers that are usually pleated and cuffed. He tops those off with a nice black belt and that is all there is to the underside of Tiger Woods.
•    Hat: Woods is often seen on and off the golf course wearing one of his two trademark hats. He is either wearing his Nike ‘Swoosh’ hat or his Tiger Woods hat that is distinguished with the TW on the front. His TW hat is almost always black and his Nike hat is usually either black or red.
•    Accessories: For all the money the guy has made, he is simply not a flashy guy. Off the golf course he wears a pretty nice watch, but that is it as far as jewelry goes. On the golf course the only accessories you will find Woods dawning is his customary white glove on his left hand and maybe a sweater vest from time to time.
•    Hair: Tigers hair is always short and trim. The only variation Woods allows himself is an occasional gote. If you want to complete the Tiger look you will have to get your hair cut short and keep it very prim and proper.

All that is left is for you to practice your golf every day for about 12 hours per day and after 20 years or so your golf game may match Tiger’s, but probably not. Oh well, at least you can look like the superstar.

While the online show is grabbing much acclaim, some wonder if it is not casting the wrong opinion on the Disney star Cyrus as the videos are apparently more geared towards an adult audience. Either way, the stir has caught the attention of many younger women across America and many now want to dress like Mandy Jiroux.

•    Dresses: Bush likes to wear a variety of different dresses on a rather regular basis. These dresses range in color from light to dark, but always are one solid color. One of the things about Bush is her incredible sense of accessorizing. With a white dress she will wear black leggings. Because of the popularity of the band and Pope as a singer there are many young women that are into Hey Monday’s style of music that wish to dress the same way as Pope.

Dressing like Pope is not a hard thing to do and simply requires the most basic of clothing. Here are some ways that you too can go after the Cassadee Pope look:

•    Jeans: Pope is almost always seen in jeans. The jeans that she wears are either very tight or are skinny jeans which are tight by their very nature. Typically she likes darker colors so when buying your jeans go with dark blue, gray, or black. When just out and about and sort of incognito, she can be spotted wearing nothing more than a pair of jeans, a white t-shirt with a simple saying on it and a pair of sunglasses. •    Shirts: Pope’s shirts are always t-shirts but she will also always top them off with some other layer. •    Hair and Make-up: Poe’s hair is short and sassy. To emulate her hair style you have to have sweeping bangs and you also need to have your hair be two different colors. Pope is known for having the majority of her hair be a darker color but have part of her bangs and bottom tips of her hair bleached blonde. If you want to complete the look, do the same. She goes light with her make-up as should you and never go with a dark or bright color of lip stick when applying yours.

When you think of the classic spy look you think of a not so undetectable person that is trying in vain to be sneaky and is wearing a long trench coat, a hat, and big dark glasses. If you are going for the ‘obvious’ spy look then this is definitely the approach you want to take. However if you really want to be and dress like a spy then the whole idea is to not stand out.

Blending in is the key when dressing like a spy, here are some sure ways to pull of the spy look:

•    Your clothes: When dressing like a spy, the only time you will want to dress like an ‘obvious’ spy would be at a spy convention, otherwise you will stick out like a sore thumb. When dressing like a spy, dress as the environment dictates. This may mean wearing things you are not used to but if you really want to blend in and be spy-like you will have to bite the bullet.
•    Hair: Here’s one that you may not think about; your hair color. If you have flaming red hair or bright bleach blonde hair you will draw unnecessary attention and once again stick out like a sore thumb. You can do two things here. The first is temporarily color your hair. There is hair coloring available that can be applied to make your hair a darker and more undetectable color and it will wash out once your mission is done. Just be careful that you don’t spy on a rainy day as this type of coloring is anything but waterproof. The other way to temporarily change your hair is with a wig. The nice thing about using a wig is that you can not only change your hair color, but your hair length as well.
•    Accessories: Glasses, fake mustaches, and fancy watches are great…if the situation permits. Remember to stay low key with everything and blend in. That said; go for subtle pair of sunglasses versus the traditional ‘bug-eye’ sunglasses that you see in the old spy movies and don’t wear your sunglasses at night.
•    Attitude: Don’t go for the mysterious attitude, but rather go with a more depressed attitude. If you act mysterious you will once again draw more attention to yourself. But if you act depressed, there will not be many that will want to approach you which will allow you to conduct your spy business easier.
•    Spy gadgets: These are really cool and can be tons of fun. But if you have them out or even tucked into an obvious briefcase, you are not going to achieve your blending in goal. Instead carry all of your spy trinkets in a regular looking backpack. It is much more common these days to see people carrying backpacks as opposed to briefcases. The one exception would be if you were acting as a spy in a case where you have to dress like a business person.
