What Pants Match My Purple T-Shirt

Few things are more eye-catching that the color purple. A purple t-shirt is a great color to wear with a lot of different types of pants, depending on the shade of purple of the t-shirt. Different shades have very different effects on the eye and different shades have different pants that will look best when paired with them.

A t-shirt that is any shade of purple will match a pair of jeans. Jeans are extremely versatile articles of clothing, just like t-shirts. The two of them together always go perfectly, no matter what the shade. They can be worn together with the shirt tucked in, un-tucked or with a sweater or jacket worn over the shirt.

If the purple shade of a t-shirt is a deep color without red undertones, it may fit well with a pair of black pants. Put the two together to determine whether your exact shade will look good with these pants. If they don’t work well together, the shade may have too much magenta in it.

If your purple t-shirt has red or magenta undertones, you can try pairing it with a pair of tan pants. Tan pants can be dressy or causal and can be worn to a wide variety of occasions. A purple t-shirt worn with tan or light khaki pants will give the outfit an interesting look that isn’t likely to be worn by anyone else in the room.

If you don’t want to pair your t-shirt with a pair of jeans, tan pants or black or white pants, there may be another option. Take a close look at the color of the t-shirt. You should be able to tell what the undertones of the hue are. If you are unsure, hold something red next to the t-shirt, then something blue and something yellow. Whichever of these colors looks like it goes well with the t-shirt is the color of the undertones.

You may be able to find a shade of pants in that color to wear with your purple t-shirt. It may not be as conventional as pairing it with a less-noticeable pair of pants, but it will give you another option when choosing an outfit to build around your purple t-shirt. It may also mark you as an interesting, creative dresser with a unique style.

What Should I Use to Draw on a T-Shirt?

To create a permanent mark on a t-shirt, there are several things that can be used. These drawing implements are all quite permanent, however, and they will not come out of the t-shirt later. For this reason, it’s important to use a non-permanent way of marking the t-shirt before drawing over it with the permanent instrument. This ensures that you get the design you had in mind.

Use a pencil to make the basic shapes or letters that you want drawn in. If you don’t have a pencil, a ballpoint pen can be used to lightly sketch in the shapes. After this is completed, make sure that the sketched design is what you want the t-shirt design to look like. There may be a few revisions needed to get it exactly right. If any stray ballpoint marks get into the t-shirt, they will wash out the first time the t-shirt is washed.

To make the permanent marks, there are two great tools to use. The first is a black permanent marker. These are readily available in any office supply store and in many grocery stores and pharmacies. These will make a thick, black line that will never wash out. Recently, different colors of these markers have been introduced on the market, but the colors tend to fade over time. There are also a limited amount of colors available.

Another way to draw on a t-shirt is to use fabric markers. These come in a variety of colors and are specially made to keep the ink on the fabric. These come in bright colors that won’t fade from a t-shirt like an ordinary marker. Fabric markers can be bought in general merchandise stores and craft stores.

To use fabric markers on a t-shirt, draw over the sketched design just as you would with an ordinary marker. When you’re finished, the t-shirt will have to be put into a dryer for about half an hour to set the ink. After that time, the t-shirt is ready to wear. Washing it will not wash out the design and it will not fade for many washings.

There are also fabric crayons that are made fro kids to draw on t-shirts. These can be a little more difficult to use than fabric markers, however. Fabric crayons need to have a t-shirt that is kept flat in order to allow the crayons to color the fabric. The t-shirt can be taped down to make this easier. After the t-shirt is colored with the crayons, it may need to be dried or ironed, depending on the instructions with the crayons.

If the crayon needs to be ironed into the shirt, lay out a sheet of wax paper on a flat surface. Turn the t-shirt inside out and lay it on the wax paper. Iron the portions that have crayon on them, being careful not to burn the shirt. The instructions should have the exact ironing time. The shirt may also have to be dried after ironing, depending on the type of fabric crayons that were used.

Which Color T-Shirt Shows Sweat More?

T-shirts are probably the single item of clothing that we wear most often when we sweat. Almost every activity that makes you sweat is an activity where you typically wear a T-shirt. Some people are very self-conscious about showing that they sweat, even though it is a normal physical reaction. Therefore, in the interest of image, it is useful to know which color T-shirt shows sweat more than others. That way you can avoid wearing that particular color if you know you are going to sweat a lot.

Gray and other light pastel colors are the T-shirts that show sweat the most. It is very easy to see wet circles and trails of sweat with a light colored T-shirt as it shows up darker than the rest of the shirt. There are plenty of ways to get rid of sweat stains from your T-shirts. Some of the most useful stain removal techniques are common household things like bleach, vinegar, white paste toothpaste, shampoo for oily hair, dish detergent or hydrogen peroxide. Commercially produced stain removal treatments can also help to keep your T-shirts looking good and stain-free. If you pre-treat your shirts regularly in the armpit and collar areas before laundering them, you will avoid having to deal with tough sweat stains altogether.

It is essential to have a good variety of T-shirts to wear when you are working out, doing yard work or just playing. It is much more fun to be able to change up your look and not have to worry about sweat showing. How To Remove Tomato Stains From Your T-Shirt

Stains are one of the most annoying things to deal with when it comes to T-shirt care. Often we find that a perfectly nice white or light colored T-shirt can be ruined by things like tomato stains. So many different dishes are tomato based and therefore it is a very common stain. Luckily T-shirts can usually withstand heavy duty stain fighting, so you can get rid of almost any stain, even the pesky tomato stain.

First and foremost, try to treat the stain as soon as it happens or as soon as possible after you notice it. Remove any excess tomato on your tee by scooping it off with a spoon or gently scraping it with a knife.  Flush the area with cold water from the back of the stain to force as much of it out of the fabric as possible. Timeliness in getting started on removing the stain is the biggest factor in how successful you will be with stain removal.

When as much of the stain is out as possible, it is time to get serious. You should apply liquid laundry detergent to the stain and gently work it in from the outside inward. If you have a T-shirt that can be safely bleached you can add a touch of bleach to the stain also. If you want to avoid using something this harsh, applying lemon juice, white vinegar or hydrogen peroxide to the stain can also have a bleaching effect. Continue rubbing the stain alternating the use of laundry detergent with the bleach until the stain is gone. Rinse the T-shirt well and check it in good light to make sure all traces of the tomato stain are truly gone. Apply a commercially produced stain treatment and let sit for 5 minutes, before laundering as usual.

After your T-shirt is washed double check it to be sure that the stain is out. Once it dries in the dryer, it is most likely set for life. Therefore it is important to check clothing as it comes out of the washer to minimize the possibility of permanent stains. If you catch it before it hits the dryer and the stain is still visible treat it by rubbing more laundry detergent into the stain and soaking it in warm water for no less than a half-hour.  Rinse, then apply stain remover and wash your T-shirt in the washing machine again.

If after all these steps, you find that you are left with a stained T-shirt, you do have options. Have a new T-shirt custom-made to replace the one you have stained. You can recreate your old T-shirt exactly by having one customized to your own design. You can opt for a more tomato-friendly color like black. Is a Girl Wearing Just a T-Shirt to Bed Sexy?

There is no way to predict what any one guy will say he thinks is sexy. There are too many of them in the world for the same thing to be considered sexy by all of them. Is It Illegal to Wear Sheriff T-Shirts? Impersonating People With T-Shirts

You may have seen t-shirts that said “Sheriff” or “Police.” You might have even been fooled into believing that the person wearing the t-shirt was a member of the police department. It may look like it might be fun to wear a t-shirt like that.  But are people really allowed to wear a t-shirt like that? Does wearing a police or sheriff t-shirt mean that the person wearing it is impersonating an officer?

There is a difference between a non-law enforcement person wearing a sheriff t-shirt and a person who is trying to impersonate a police officer. Sometimes that line can be a finer one than at other times. When wearing a sheriff or police t-shirt, the person wearing it has to remain conscious of how they are presenting themselves. If the person appears to be acting in the capacity of a police officer, such as directing traffic, ordering people out of a buildings, etc., the t-shirt can be construed as a way that the person is impersonating an officer.

If the person is wearing the t-shirt in a purely recreational way, and the person is not giving orders to the public and not trying to act like they have authority of a police officer, the t-shirt should not be breaking any laws. The words “sheriff” or “sheriff’s department” are not copyrighted and are covered by free speech laws as long as they are not misused to fool or endanger people.

Impersonating a police officer with a t-shirt is a serious offense and can result in the arrest and trial of the person who was wearing the t-shirt. A case like that, however, has to be proven. Authorities have the burden of proving that the person was wearing the t-shirt with the intention of fooling other people into believing that he was a police officer.

For the most part, a sheriff or police officer t-shirt is usually seen as a tribute to the local police department and the person will probably not be seen as a real officer. It may, however, be an unwise decision to wear a t-shirt like this in certain situations. People wearing these t-shirts may be looked at with suspicion and they may even be the target for anger or violence. There are people who dislike anyone involved with law enforcement and they may want to take it out on anyone who they see as a possible police officer. There are some occasions where this wouldn’t be a possibility, such as at a small gathering of friends, and others where it is far more likely.

Some police officers don’t appreciate non-officers wearing t-shirts like that and they might interpret it as impersonating an officer. While this might not result in a guilty verdict, it could certainly cause a lot of trouble and embarrassment for the person who was arrested under the suspicion of impersonating law enforcement. In many cases, it’s best to just leave the sheriff t-shirt at home rather than to put yourself at risk of any problems.

Should You Wear an Autographed T-Shirt or Hang It in Your Room?

If you choose to hang it on the wall instead of wearing it, it should be hung properly to keep the autograph from fading. The t-shirt can be hung over a bar to showcase the area that was autographed. It can also be hung on a wooden or padded hanger and suspended from a hook on the wall. However, anything hung on the wall where it will get direct sunlight will make it eventually fade.
